1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nurion's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (AGB). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Nurion provides AI inference services that enable users to:
- Interact with large language models for text generation, analysis, and conversation
- Perform automatic speech recognition (ASR) and transcription
- Access AI capabilities through API and web interfaces

IMPORTANT: You are interacting with an artificial intelligence system.
The Service uses generative AI models that may:
- Generate incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information (hallucinations)
- Produce biased or inappropriate content
- Provide outdated information
- Make factual errors or generate content that appears credible but is inaccurate
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service for:
- Illegal activities or content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation
- Violence, terrorism, or extremism
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech
- Misinformation or deceptive content
- System abuse or security circumvention
5. Beta Service Notice
BETA STATUS: This Service is currently in beta. During this period, the Service may experience reduced reliability, unexpected downtime, or changes to features without prior notice. We recommend that you do not rely on this Service for production or critical use cases during the beta phase.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679). Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
- Data portability and object to processing

7. EU AI Act Compliance
Our Service is classified as a limited-risk AI system under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). All content generated by our AI systems is clearly labeled as AI-generated.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR:
- Inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations in AI-generated content
- Decisions made based on AI outputs
- Harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated information
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NURION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@nurion.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited uses, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. For users in the European Union, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
