Which apps are part of the workspace?

Meet brings online meetings, calendars and booking pages. Chat and Mail cover communication. Docs, Sheets and Sign support documents, numbers and signatures. Board organises tasks, and Desk brings workstreams and AI agents together.

What is a cross-hyperscaler platform?

A cross-vendor platform that scales GPU and compute across several independent EU providers instead of depending on one US hyperscaler like AWS, Azure or GCP. Today our apps run on Hetzner and our AI models on our own GPUs at Verda, and we are ready to scale onto further providers such as OVHcloud. If one provider goes down or changes its terms, your workloads move to another and keep running. No US cloud dependency, no vendor lock-in.

What are agentic tasks?

Tasks your AI agents can work on, not just remind you about. In Desk, meeting context and workstream resources help agents prepare next steps and take action.

Is my data safe?

Yes. By default your data is handled only by us: on our own EU infrastructure, with our own models. In selected cases, always visible to you, we add specialised services such as Mistral or pyannote. Frontier models from US providers are available only in Desk, and only when you select them. Every provider is listed at nurion.com/legal/subprocessors. No US parent company, and your data is not used to train AI models. GDPR-compliant, in ISO 27001 certified datacenters, on 100% renewable energy.

How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are productive within one week. Nurion Meet (video calls, calendar, booking) works from day one. Desk (agentic workspace) requires a short setup to configure your workstreams, connect your email, and brief your agents on your business context. We provide hands-on onboarding support for every customer.
